The selection of models is a tough process as far as the agencies are concerned. The angle they may be focusing differs with the mode of work they gets. So they are always forced to be in search for new and attractive models.
The selection criteria’s fixed by them will be too rigid, depending upon the factor, on which they give more stress. Though the female modeling agencies possess high value in the business world, it’s with after a great stress and effort they build up such an image.
